Your Legal Rights

Pursuant to the First Amendment of the U. S. Constitution, you have the right to manage your own legal affairs as opposed to being required to retain an attorney for such objectives. Therefore, the constitution makes clear that the right to petition the government belong to the people which not conditioned upon exercising that right through an attorney.

Rights To Legal Assistance

Inasmuch as you have the right to retain or have appointed counsel, pursuant to Article VI Section 2 of the U. S. Constitution, alson known as the 'Supremacy Clause' , you also have the right to retain legal support services such as that provided by William Marshall who can assist and in some cases represent you as your chosen representative in matters before selected federal administrative agencies. Since the supremcy clause clearly mandates that federal law supersedes state law as held by U. S. Supreme Court in Sperry v. Florida 373 U. S. 379. In view of the foregoing right being clearly established under the Constitution and laws of the United States, anyone who would obstruct, interfere or impairs such right would be civilly and/or criminally liable pursuant to 18 United States Code 241, 242, 245 and/or 371 as well as 42 United States Code 1983 and/or 1985.
